Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is packed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and return policies may apply instead.

How to Cancel

• Log in to your account and open My Orders.
• Select the order and choose Cancel Order if the option is available.
• Alternatively, contact support@apparivar.com with your order number.

Cancellation by AP Parivar

We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment verification issues, incorrect pricing, delivery restrictions, or suspected fraudulent activity. You will be notified if this occurs.

Refund on Cancellation

If payment was collected in advance, eligible cancelled orders will be refunded according to our Refund & Return Policy. COD orders cancelled before dispatch will not incur any charge.
